West Wing Blue two-curd Gorgonzola is one of the best blue cheeses I've ever had. I'm so sad I only had a small wedge of it.
Had some of this cheese when they were sampling it at a local orchard, friendly folks and outstanding cheese!
Really friendly people, hope to visit the creamery some day to see the cheese making process
